John Allen

John Allen is owner, President and Managing Agent of Community Insurance Advisors, an independent property and casualty agency. John believes a significant percentage of the conversations people have about insurance coverage are incomplete and/or incorrect, and has therefore made the mission of his agency to raise the bar by delivering quality programs with honesty and integrity. His previous work experience includes national account sales and product management in the transportation industry, and outsourced contact center management.

John earned his BA from Illinois, and his MBA from Loyola Marymount. 

With more than 20 years’ experience in small, medium and large enterprises, Tom Allen has extensive experience growing thriving organizations and delivering products to the global marketplace.

Tom is the CEO of Opango and Officer and Board member of Elemental Cyber Security. Prior to founding Opango, Tom served as CIO for Privacy, Inc. Tom’s experience includes serving as Vice President of Engineering and Operations for Vocaldata and Transat Technologies. In these positions, he developed Telco quality products in the Voice Over IP and Wi-Fi Hotspot markets and delivered these products worldwide. He also held several executive positions with Glenayre's Integrated Network Group including Vice President and General Manager of Open Development Corp., Vice President of Product Management and, Vice President of Product Development. Prior to Glenayre, Tom held executive positions with Interphase Corp. and DSC.

Tom Allen has a Bachelor of Science in Mathematical Sciences from the University of Texas at Dallas and Graduate Studies in Business from the University of Florida.

 Cecile has extensive international business experience in Corporate Finance and Development (FP&A, M&A transaction management) as well as Enterprise Risk Management. She has held senior corporate and advisory roles across the infrastructure, chemicals, telecommunications, insurance, and aerospace industries, including at Intelsat, Iridium, and the International Finance Corporation/World Bank. 

Cecile promotes value-added risk management processes, and recognizes the value of data safeguarding mechanisms that lie at the intersection of technical, physical, and behavioral factors.  

Cecile holds an MBA from Georgetown University, an MSc. in Behavioral Sciences from PGSP, and is a graduate of Sciences Po Paris in Economics and Finance. She holds the professional designations of Associate in Re/insurance, Risk Management, and Enterprise Risk Management.

Dan Doggendorf is the Founder and Principal Advisor of Pro4Six Consulting. Dan brings more than 25 years of experience in the field of information security and audit compliance. 

Previously he served as the CISO and Global Infrastructure & IT Operation Lead at Corteva Agriscience; CIO at the Dallas Stars; CISO at GameStop Inc., Penson Financial Services, and A.H. Belo Corporation, head of the inaugural Computer Risk Management departments for the Kansas City and Omaha Arthur Andersen offices. Preceding his extensive information security career, he served in IT audit roles with Hoechst Marion Roussel, National Association of Insurance Commissioners, and Emerson Electric.
